Paula Edwards

Edwards, Paula, 76, of Seward, passed away February 2, 2026 at Indiana Hospital.  Born November 9, 1949 in Johnstown, daughter of Paul J. and Catherine (Catania) Marabito.  Preceded in death by parents, granddaughter Samantha Snyder Brown, numerous aunts, uncles, mother-in-law, and father-in-law.  Survived by loving husband of 54 years, Eugene Edwards; loving children, Tonya, married to Ross Snyder – Johnstown,  Elizabeth Edwards and Justin Edwards, both of Seward; grandchildren, Patience Dewitt, Te'a and Tommy Ashcom; great grandchildren, Tara Snyder, Olivia Brown, Omarie Brown; brother Kevin Marabito, married to the former Sheila St. Clair; niece Brianna Herbert; nephew Brett Marabito; and numerous cousins.  Paula was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church – Seward, a paramedic for Citizens’ Ambulance, with 30 years of service, Judge of Elections for St. Clair Township.    She also enjoyed traveling to Florida.  She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.  Friends will be received from 2 - 4 and 6 -8 p.m. Sunday at Meese Funeral Home – Seward.  Mass of Christian Burial, 11 a.m. Monday at Holy Family Catholic Church – Seward, Reverend John J. Harrold officiating.  Private interment, Armagh Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers. Please make donations to American Cancer Society.  Jon A. Meese Funeral Home is honored to serve the family.
